One price per message, and no surprises on the invoice

Plans are annual. Every one includes DLT registration at ₹6,000 a year and a volume of messages at ₹0.25 per message part.

Why DLT registration is a separate line

It is not ours. An Indian A2P sender registers a principal entity with a telecom operator, and that registration is what makes your sender ID and templates legal to send on — without it a carrier drops the traffic. We pay the operator and show it as its own line rather than folding it into a plan fee, because that is what it is.

What counts as a message

A message part. 160 characters is one part; 200 characters is two, and each part is charged. A single rupee sign, curly quote or emoji switches the whole message to a different encoding and drops the limit to 70 characters a part. The composer counts it and names the character responsible before you send, and the API returns the count on every response.

If you run out

You keep sending at the same price, up to an overage allowance, and the overage is billed on your next renewal rather than taken immediately. Past the allowance, sending stops — which is deliberate: an open-ended bill is worse than a refusal you can act on.
